I have been making soap for about 3 years now, and I am going to try to start selling. I sold some at a garage sale this weekend and it made me realize that I should try to start selling it! I sold it for $3.50 at the garage sale, and I sold quite a few bars. I have 3 different kinds as of right now, they are: Coffee, Lemon Honey Lavendar, and Cilantro Lemon. Trust me they smell so amazing!

Face care tips!

Hi everyone! Today I will be giving you some tips about face care. Lately I have been having a lot of breakouts, and that is most likely because I have not been doing my normal face care routine. My life just gets so busy, and I get lazy🙂 Anyways, this weekend I decided that I was going to try to put an end to my breakouts ( if I can help it ), or at least help make the breakouts be a little less horrible! I decided that since my life is still so busy, that I would only do all of it on weekends, and I will only do some of it during the week. Anyways, let’s get started😊

Face care tips:

1. Drink water!

– This is very important in having a healthy Face! Water keeps you hydrated, which helps your face self moisturize. Water also cleanses your cells of waste! It does not directly affect your oil production though, but it does help with the things I just said! Make sure you are keeping hydrated.

2. Wash your face daily!

– This is also very important in keeping your face clean! I usually wash my face twice a day, and it seems to really help. Something you need to consider when picking a cleanser to wash your face with is, your skin type. Make sure you use one that does not make your skin red or itchy!

3. Use a cleanser brush ( if you have one )

– I know that not everyone has one of these, but if you do you should try to use it at least twice a week. Trust me it helps so much! If you do not have one, you should really invest in one. Like I said they help so much, they clean so much better than your hands could.

4. Use witch hazel ( for toner )

– This is used to remove oil, and traces of dirt from your face. If you have really oily skin, this will do amazing for you!

5. Moisturize!

– Moisturizing is also very important. When cleansing your face, it can also leave your face dry. That is why moisturizing is important to keep your face soft during the day. Make sure you use a good moisturizer, though!

6. Use a face mask!

– This is another thing that will help you take good care of your face. There are so many different types/kinds of masks out there. Some kinds are charcoal, mud, and clay. I use a charcoal mask from origins, and I really like it! If you are not using a mask, you should, I really recommend it. I suggest using it at least twice a week ( or more ).

7. Sleep!

– Make sure you are getting a good night’s sleep!

8. Get all makeup off before bed!

– This is VERY important too! Make sure you get all ( as much as you can ) of your makeup off before bed, because if you don’t it can clog your pores and cause acne!

Thank you so much for reading this, I hope it helped ( or will help ) You! Please comment if you want me to do a product review of any of my facial products that I use! If you have any questions, just put them in the comment section!

Book Review: ” What Light ” by Jay Asher

Hey everyone! I am so excited to do my first book review! I have been wanting to do a book review for a while now, and I finally finished my first book of the new year 2018 ( happy New year by the way )! Now, just to get my story strait, I actually started reading this book over Christmas break, so I did not start and finish it in the new year. Though it was a good book, I am just so busy that I just would not have the time to read it all in one or two weeks. I am very proud that I finished it as fast as I did though, because I have never really been a big reader. I am one of those people where if I am not interested in the book right away, I do not have the patience to give it a chance, and just read it. This book really pulled me in right away, and kept pulling me in, which is a big plus side to this Book! So, I guess I should start on the actual book review now!

     ” What Light ” by Jay Asher, is a young adult/teen fiction romance. The setting is at the girls’ family Christmas tree farm, that they run every Christmas away from home. This time it is different though, in many ways! This might be the last Christmas that they actually get to run the Christmas tree farm. As she has always wondered what it would be like to stay home for Christmas, she would still miss her friends there, and running the Christmas tree farm. It gets even more difficult to even think about when she meets a boy, he is kind, smart, but has a bad past ( im not going to tell, I do not want to ruin the book ). Will her family get to come back next year? What will happen with her, and the boy? You should really read this Book! It is an amazing story of love, and forgiveness. I highly recommend this book for young adults, and teens, but also for anyone over 15+.

I purchased mine on!

Merry Christmas!

I just want to wish you all a very merry Christmas🎄 I hope you enjoy your day, and your time off from school, work, etc.! I am most looking forward to spending time with family, and friends, eating good food, and just being able to relax. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas, and a Happy New year, I cannot believe that 2017 is almost over! Sorry this was so short! Enjoy your day today, and the rest of 2017☺

Christmas Decorating!

Hi everyone! I was { still am } so happy, because today we got to decorate our house for Christmas! We put the tree up, decorated the tree, decorated the windows, and set up our other Christmas decorations around the house. I even got to decorate my own little Christmas tree, which made me so happy! We even got to listen to Christmas music while decorating! The house looks so beautiful, and Christmasy now, I am so excited for Christmas! I want to show you some pictures that I took of the tree and stuff! I do not have a picture of the big tree yet though.

So, that is pretty much all I have, sorry this was a short one, but I hope you enjoyed it!

P.s. sorry about the % sign up there⬆

Snicker Salad!

Hi everyone! So, if you saw my first post about Thanksgiving you know that I had a lot of great food, so I decided that I would share a recipe for one of the delicious desserts that I had { and loved }. The dessert is, snicker salad! This is one of my favorite desserts, I could eat this all of the time! Ok, here are the steps, and ingredients to making this dessert.

  • Mini snicker bars { you can get a bag of them from most stores like Wal-Mart }
  • Granny Smith apples { you can get whole apples and cut them up or try to find already sliced apples, but you will still have to cut them up }
  • Cool whip or homemade whipped cream
  • A bowl to put it in { obviously }

      Follow these steps:

  1.  Make whipped cream { if using cool whip you can skip this step }

     To make whipped cream just take  heavy whipping cream, pour the amount you want into a mixer. Then add some vanilla { probably about either a tsp. or a tbsp. depending on how much heavy whipping cream you have }, after that add confectioners { powdered } sugar. Please note: it all depends on how much whipped cream you want to make, that is why I did not give any measurements for the ingredients. When you have all of the ingredients in the mixing bowl, mix it until it is whipped. Then set it in the fridge until it is time to add the other ingredients.

     2.  Chop up the Snickers and apples.

       How fine you chop them up is up to you, but I like it better when there are little chunks of Apple and Snickers in it! It is all up to you!

     3. Lastly, when the snickers and apples are chopped up, all that is left to do is add the Snickers and apples to the whipped cream, and mix it up as finely as you can. Make sure the Snickers and apples are evenly distributed throughout the whipped cream.

    4. Now you are done! Just put it into the fridge until you are ready to eat/serve! Enjoy!

        This dessert is so easy to make, and it tastes so good☺

     P.s. It is kind of hard to see { sorry }, but it looks better in real life than in these pictures, and it tastes even more amazing!
